Crowd Angel (Situationly Ltd), bringing a new focus in crowd safety management services, has today announced a strategic partnership with Track 24 Limited, a global leader in duty of care solutions. Through this collaboration, Crowd Angel will resell Track 24’s flagship AtlasNXT platform to the UK live events market, specifically targeting sporting locations and other open venues with capacities up to 5,000.
The partnership aims to equip operations and stewarding teams at these venues with a powerful, unified tool to streamline communications and support safety culture in their compliance planning with the Martyn’s Law (Protect Duty) legislation.
As UK venues prepare for Martyn’s Law, the need for effective, auditable safety and communication systems is paramount. Many smaller venues face challenges in implementing sophisticated solutions that integrate planning, real-time communication, and incident logging efficiently. Crowd Angel’s offering, powered by AtlasNXT, directly addresses this gap.
AtlasNXT provides a mobile ‘control room’, single-platform solution built on advanced location intelligence. Crowd Angel will leverage this technology to offer venues a tailored solution that centralises Event-Specific Documentation, Geographically Relevant Communications targeted on precise user location, and Location-Aware Check-ins. As well as providing full audit capabilities this will enable Crowd Angel to deliver Enhanced Incident Response, with a unified view of personnel locations, communications, and plans to support faster, better-informed decisions during incidents.
“Smaller venues are the lifeblood of UK community sport and entertainment, and their safety is just as critical,” said Paul Tindley, CEO of Crowd Angel “By partnering with Track 24, we’re bringing the enterprise-grade capabilities of AtlasNXT—specifically its location intelligence and precision communication tools—to a market that needs accessible, effective solutions. This is about embedding a stronger safety culture, improving operational efficiency, and ultimately, creating safer experiences for fans and staff”
Andrew McInerney, CEO of Track24 stated “We are delighted to partner with Crowd Angel, whose deep understanding of the live events sector will ensure AtlasNXT is effectively deployed to enhance safety and operational resilience where it’s needed most, supporting compliance and reinforcing the vital work of event safety teams.”
